Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. Es un dúo belga de música electrónica compuesto por los hermanos Dimitri Thivaios (Dimitri Vegas) y Michael Thivaios (Like Mike). El dúo ha ido en ascenso hasta llegar a la cima ocupando el puesto #1 en la encuesta realizada en 2015 por la revista DJ Mag de los 100 mejores DJ’S del mundo. Ingresaron en 2011 ubicándose en la posición #79. Ellos son los actuales anfitriones y embajadores del festival Tomorrowland.

Trayectoria artística
Comenzaron sus primeros pasos como DJ a la edad de 14 y 15 años. Al inicio hicieron varias apariciones en pequeños clubes. En 1999 dejaron Bélgica y comenzaron una gira por Europa. Vivieron en Mallorca, España y después en Halkidiki, Grecia antes de trasladarse a Ibiza en 2003, donde trabajaban en grandes clubes como Privilege y Space. Después de vivir en Mallorca y en las Islas Canarias, se establecieron en Zante, Grecia, donde fueron residentes de Amnesia y The End en el 2006. En el otoño de este año, Dimitri regresó a Bélgica para trabajar con su hermano, Like Mike, y produjeron su primer lanzamiento Cocaine/Eivissa en 2007. Su remix de "Work that body" de 2008 llamó la atención de Axwell, quien les confió el remix de "Rotterdam city of love" para su sello Axtone.
En 2009, Dimitri & Mike editaron junto a Swedish House Mafia «Leave the World Behind». . En 2011 también han hecho remixes para artistas como Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez y LMFAO. En el 2013 publicaron un vídeo titulado «Bringing Home the Madness», hubo muchas especulaciones, como que iba a ser un álbum, pero el dúo estaba presentando un tráiler para el concierto que se realizó a finales del mismo año. A principios de 2014 los hermamos Dimitri y Mike recibieron 2 Beatport Awards a 'Mejor Track del Año' por Mammoth y a 'Artista del año'. Recibieron en Bélgica también, la certificación de oro por sus sencillos «Find Tomorrow (Ocarina)» y «Momentum». En julio de 2014, lograron introducir su primer sencillo en la lista del Reino Unido gracias a la co-producción «Tremor» con Martin Garrix, ocupando el puesto número 30.
Desde 2010 el dúo es propietario de la discográfica Smash the House, esta es una sub-división de Spinnin' Records. En esta discográfica, DJs como Yves V y Wolfpack vieron la luz y entraron en la escena de EDM. En Smash the House también lanzaron producciones artistas como Jordy Dazz, Eitro, Regi, Blasterjaxx, Dave Till, Wolfpack, Yves V, Zatox, Oh Snap!, Bassjackers, Angger Dimas, Tujamo, Carnage, Mystique & Amro, Michael Calfan, Dada Life, Tara McDonald, Promise Land, Clockwork, BOOSTEDKIDS y Twoloud.
El sonido del dúo ha ido evolucionando: “Es la responsabilidad de los DJs y productores desafiarse a sí mismos a hacer algo diferente, y seguir haciendo canciones originales con la pista de baile en mente", expresó Dimitri en entrevista concedida a DJ Mag.
Tomorrowland
Los organizadores ID&T quedaron tan impactados con la performance de los hermanos que los eligieron para ser los anfritiones del festival Tomorrowland. En 2010 aparecieron como sus anfitriones por primera vez y se les permitió hacer el himno del festival "Give into the night" junto con Dada Life y Tara McDonald, que fue lanzado por el sello del dúo, Smash the House. En 2011, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike volvieron a crear el himno, esta vez con Afrojack y las hermanas Nervo. El single se título "The way we see the world". "Tomorrow changed today" fue el himno para la edición del festival de 2012 lanzado en LE7ELS; en 2013 fue "Chattahoochee" Smash The House y para la última edición y décimo aniversario de Tomorrowland, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike junto al dúo W&W crearon "Waves".
"Tomorrowland, es sin duda el más importante pilar de nuestro éxito. Incluso en los primeros días que era una leyenda local, era enorme en Bélgica y los países de su entorno. Quiero decir, crecimos a pocos cientos de metros del lugar donde se lleva a cabo. Ha sido increíble ver que se convierta en un fenómeno tan internacional", dijo Dimitri, en declaraciones a la revista DJ Mag.
